Zeeck joins Elements Holdings Group as HR director

Megan Zeeck has joined Elements Holdings Group Inc. & Subsidiaries as its new human resources director.

Based at the firm’s Chicago headquarters, Zeeck will oversee employee relations and culture, as well as develop, administer and coordinate human resource strategies for the company.

“Our people are at the very core of our business. There are high expectations for this role, and I wanted to bring in an individual who could take them in stride,” CEO Rick Hammell said.

In her previous position, Zeeck served as associate director of human resources at Arabella Advisors, handling compensation, benefits and human resources information systems.

She holds Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications and is a graduate of the University of Montana.
