In order to make ERISA services available to brokers and their customer in California and Nevada, Word & Brown General Agency is partnering with PrimePay.
Based in West Chester, Pennsylvania, PrimePay offers payroll, HR and benefits services and ERISA options for brokers to be able to meet federal requirements and regulations in the areas of health and welfare benefits plans.
From plan documents and employer compliance guides, as well as summary plan descriptions and summary of material modification and summary annual reports, PrimePay delivers all necessary content.
