Wiley joins Zenefits as CFO

Shaun Wiley has been named the chief financial officer at HR management company Zenefits.

“Zenefits has long been a pioneer in the HR software industry, and the work Jay and the leadership team have done to position the company for growth and success is impressive,” Wiley said. “I look forward to joining the company at this crucial time, and working together to seize the huge growth opportunities ahead of us.”

Wiley has more than 20 years of financial services industry experience. He mostly recently was CFO at CoreHR. His other previous roles have included CFO at Torrent Technologies, divisional comptroller at Microsoft, and associate VP of convertible bond trading at Deutsche Bank.

“Shaun is a proven, innovative leader with deep experience growing SaaS companies– both public and private– across the globe,” Zenefits CEO Jay Fulcher said. “Shaun’s experience in HR and insurance combined with his experience leading corporate long term planning at Microsoft make him uniquely qualified for this role. He will play a critical part in helping us manage Zenefits’ expanding market position, enhancing our execution and scaling the company to meet demand.”
