Agricultural products distributor Wilbur-Ellis Co. is seeking a human resources generalist in Aurora, Colorado.
Duties of the position include reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, leading new hire onboarding, administering leaves of absence requests, processing exit interviews, and providing HR support for the internship program.
Prospective candidates must possess at least two years of HR experience; strong skills in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems; strong communication, organization and multi-tasking skills; a willingness to travel; the ability to work independently; the ability to handle confidential information; and knowledge of employment and labor laws, regulations, practices and programs.
Preferred qualifications include an associate’s degree or better.
