An upcoming webinar will help HR and benefits professionals keep up with industry technology and improve employee experience and organizational performance.

The hourlong seminar, “Beyond Binary: 3 ways to merge humanity & technology” is free and will take place at 2 p.m. EST Feb. 8, according to a press release

Featured presenters include John C. Havens, author of “Heartificial Intelligence: Embracing Our Humanity to Maximize Machines” and Sony Sung Chu, director of applied data science at Businessolver. Rae Shanahan, chief strategy officer of Businessolver, will moderate.

Participants will learn about artificial intelligence in the HR industry and how professionals can take advantage of machine learning, among other topics, the release said.
