Regency Everett Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Everett, Washington, is hiring a payroll, accounts payable and benefits specialist.

This person will handle payroll and benefits for employees, as well as accounts payable for the company at large, and serve as the receptionist.

The candidate should be detail-oriented when it comes to employee records and tracking electronic time cards, particularly through the Kronos system. Being comfortable with paperwork involved in orienting new hires and paying invoices on behalf of the company are assets in this role.

Requirements for this position include having a two-year degree in a related field and a year or more of experience. Additional skills needed for this position include the ability to multi-task, strong communication and the ability to work with alone or with teams.
