The specialist interacts with co-workers, outside
vendors and the firm’s broker to resolve benefits issues and answer questions. Candidates must have strong record-keeping skills to process employee contributions and be
able to coordinate wellness initiatives.
Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree and five years of experience, as well as knowledge of insurance, retirement, COBRA,
FMLA, ERISA and HIPAA. The ability to speak a second language is helpful.
