Pennsylvania-based Vitalyst has appointed human resources and account executive professional Paul Rigby as its chief experience officer, where he will oversee the company’s customer service.

Vitalyst, a global provider of digital client learning solutions, said Rigby, who was previously the company’s senior vice president of operations, will assume the role of chief experience officer. His role will include re-evaluation and enhancement of the company’s external facing processes and staff engagement among other duties.

“Our employees are the foundation of our company, and they understand that helping our clients and their employees is the most important service we provide,” CEO and President Barry O’Donnell said in a press release. “With more than 30 years of experience in IT services and account management, Paul is uniquely equipped to understand our clients’ businesses and their needs to ensure we deliver a customer experience that leads to transformative organizational growth.”

Rigby’s prior experience includes working as an account and human resources executive with DXC Technology, formerly CSC, where he led the company’s strategic global accounts for several industries.

“Vitalyst is continuously evaluating and rethinking ways to create a support organization and environment that is dedicated to taking our customer experience strategy to the next level now and in the future,” Rigby said in a statement.

Vitalyst is a leading digital adoption partner within the Microsoft partner network offering one-on-one phone and live coaching support, instructor-led onsite and virtual training programs.
