Vision Marketing Services has made several leadership appointments as part of the company’s long-term success plan, including moving its CEO to chairman of the board and appointing a new CEO and a chief financial officer.

Current CEO Doug Powell was promoted to chairman of the board of directors; 25-year company veteran Brad Moore is the new CEO; and Mario Christopher is Vision’s new CFO.

Powell, who has been with Vision since its inception, has lead the firm from a start-up to over $100 million in annual revenue.

“We are grateful to Doug Powell for building Vision into what it is today,” current Chairman of the Board Ken Hooten said in a press release.  “Having led Vision for over 30 years, Doug’s experience and knowledge is invaluable to the leadership team.”

Moore, who has been appointed Vision’s new CEO, has served with the firm since 2015 and served as sales leader and most recently president.

The firm’s new CFO, Christopher, who has over 20 years of experience, previously served as finance leader for ShowingTime, a technology services provider.

Chicago-based Vision, a marketing services and technology solutions firm, specializes in multi-channel, personalized direct response campaigns and marketing automation.
