Global payments technology company Visa is looking for a business associate for its human resources development program.

The three-year program provides future HR leaders with experience across a variety of HR areas including HR consulting, talent acquisition, talent management, and total rewards.

Participants will learn about attracting and placing top candidates, employee engagement, developing benefits and compensation programs, management coaching, and employee relations.

Prospective candidates should be a graduating between December 2017 and June 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in HR or business with HR coursework or internships, and possess strong communication and leadership skills.
