With an “amazing staff” and 40-year history, Utah-based TalentTeam recently took home top honors — one of Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards for 2017 — for its superior staffing solutions.

For 40 years, TalentTeam has supported the greater Salt Lake City area’s professional sector, offering trained staffing and recruitment experts to match clients to job seekers. TalentTeam specializes in manufacturing, distribution, call center, finance and accounting sectors.

“Our staff is amazing,” Steve Pluim, TalentTeam’s president and CEO, said. “We have fun providing our services because we love our customers and our employees.”

From Portland, Oregon, Inavero confers its Best of Staffing Award to U.S. and Canadian agencies with proven advanced service quality — calculated exclusively from client and candidate feedback — along with posting online resources for staffing solutions. Inavero presents the annual distinctions in alliance with CareerBuilder; less than 2 percent of all eligible staffing agencies earn the award.

“The 2017 Best of Staffing winners have achieved exceptionally high levels of satisfaction and I’m proud to feature them on BestofStaffing.com,” Inavero CEO Eric Gregg said.

TalentTeam, founded in 1977, netted top scores from its clients and talent, earning either 9 or 10 out of 10 from 72 percent of its clients and 89 percent of its talent.
