United Airlines is hiring a human resources coordinator who has a bachelor’s degree and experience in the HR field.

Duties of the position include processing invoices, coordinating special events, scheduling HR meetings, maintaining travel itineraries, responding to employee inquiries about HR policies and procedures, screening telephone calls, taking minutes at meetings, assisting in budget administration, maintaining appeal files for union and non-union work groups, running reports from the HR database, and assisting with files requests.
Prospective candidates must have at least two years of equivalent experience; proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office; and strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and decision-making skills.
Applicants should be able to work as a team player, manage multiple tasks at the same time, work flexible hours and travel as needed.
