Cloud-based human capital management (HCM) provider Ultimate Software of Weston, Florida recently attained the highest possible customer satisfaction rating for its automated management and payroll software systems, according to business software reviewer G2 Crowd.

The achievement pleased Ultimate principals, who expressed pride in the recognition.

“We believe [that] our expertise in HR/payroll technology combined with Ultimate’s focus on service are responsible for this ranking,” Adam Rogers, Ultimate’s chief technology officer, said. “We are very pleased that so many of our customers took the time to weigh in and share their real life experiences with Ultimate, and we are proud to deliver cloud HR and payroll solutions that connect organizations with their people.”

Specifically, the firm emerged at the top of the list for HR management suites out of 18 candidates and 10 contenders for payroll systems; while it scooped the highest recorded satisfaction levels from real users, in G2 Crowd’s fall 2017 report.

“UltiPro has been identified as a leader in our Fall 2017 Enterprise Payroll report, based on their large market presence and high levels of customer satisfaction,” G2 Crowd’s research director Mitch Lieberman said. “UltiPro’s satisfaction ratings were highlighted by ‘ease of use’ and ‘ease of doing business with’, each scoring higher than the category average. UltiPro received the highest customer satisfaction score on the Enterprise Payroll grid.”

UltiPro has provided HR, payroll, talent, and time and labor management solutions for 27 years, regularly ranking among Forbes’ lists.
