U.S. Customs and Border Protection at the Department of Homeland Security needs human resources benefits specialists in Boston; New York City; and El Paso and Laredo, Texas.

Duties of the positions include interpreting employee workers’ compensation/injury benefits guidelines, providing training on workers’ compensation processes, managing workers’ compensation return-to-work processes, handling problems related to workers’ compensation, and ensuring compliance with laws, procedures and regulations.

Prospective candidates must be U.S. citizens and have primary U.S. residency for the last three years.
