Tuffs Medical Center in Boston is looking for a human resources/payroll specialist within its physician organization department.
Duties of the full-time position include creating and maintaining payroll process documentation, creating system codes, participating in benefits administration, performing analysis for recruitment and compensation initiatives, responding to payroll related issues, and ensuring compliance with payroll policies and procedures, and state and federal regulations.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field; at least two years of HR experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, problem solving, customer service and time management skills; and knowledge of state and federal laws related to employment and payroll.
Preferred qualifications include prior experience with database management and being a bilingual speaker.
