Trion Solutions, Inc., a premier professional employer organization (PEO), has named Pathik Mody as its chief technology officer, PR Newswire reported.

Mody began working for Trion Solutions in January after he left the accounting firm Deloitte. He was hired as the Michigan-based company’s first director of information technology services and proved to be a major asset to the company’s growth.

Trion Solutions manages the payroll and benefits of over 600 small businesses and employs over 30,000 individuals in 42 states. Although the company already maintains a heavy responsibility and workload, Mody is expected to assist Trion Solutions in growing into an even better entity.

“Everything we do at Trion Solutions is designed to be among the best practices in all the PEO industry,” David Stone, co-founder and president of Trion Solutions, said. “We have a reputation for being an industry leader and there is no question that Pathik Mody has helped us achieve that in the Information Technology area. His promotion to chief technology officer reflects his quickly becoming one of the PEO industry’s top technology stars.  He is such a great asset to our company and all our client companies.”

Mody lives in Troy, Michigan. He received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in India at M.S. University.
