Candidates for this position need to be comfortable analyzing data, and interacting with vendors and third-party administrators, while keeping programs in compliance with company plans and applicable regulations.
Applicants must be well-versed in health care, prescription drug, dental and vision plans; group life insurance; short-term disability; long-term disability; and 401(k). Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA and Social Security is also required.
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of experience. A certification from PHR/SPHR is also a plus.
