Toyota Industrial Equipment Manufacturing is looking to hire a human resources manager at its Columbus, Indiana corporate headquarters.

Duties of the full-time position include aligning the HR function with the overall business strategy, developing talent management strategies, enhancing organizational performance, administering compensation programs, championing positive employee relations, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree; at least five years experience in a manufacturing environment; and strong communication, interpersonal, counseling and broad business partner skills.

Preferred qualifications include a graduate degree and SPHR certification.
