Towne Park taps Brown for senior vice president of HR

Towne Park recently appointed Anthony Brown, formerly of landscape company BrightView, as senior vice president of human resources.

Bryan DeCort has also joined Towne Park as senior vice president of the Southern Group.

“At a time when Towne Park is growing quickly, we are very pleased to welcome Bryan and Anthony to our team,” Towne Park President and CEO Chuck Heskett said. “Each has incredible records of results and the leadership expertise and strategic industry background we need as we continue to expand and evolve.”

Brown boasts more than two decades of experience in human resources. He served as vice president of human resources at Bright View and has previously worked in senior positions at Northrop Grumman. At Towne Park, he will be responsible for developing the organization’s workplace culture and ensuring that it continues to attract, develop and retain top talent.

“Our greatest strength is our people,” Heskett said. “Bryan and Anthony’s abilities to launch new marketing initiatives, partner across groups to execute strategies, and lead the integration of valuable talent into our team will significantly strengthen Towne Park.”

DeCourt brings significant experience in hospitality organizations to Towne Park, including his most recent role as a general manager at Marriott International.
