Consulting firm The Brattle Group is looking for a human resources assistant for its offices in Boston, Massachusetts and Washington, D.C.

Duties of the full-time position include maintaining job postings, scheduling interviews with potential candidates, assisting with the new hire on-boarding process, maintaining employee files, providing administrative support during performance management cycles, and generating HR-related reports.

Prospective candidates must possess at least one year of professional office experience; knowledge of Microsoft Office; strong communication, presentation, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills; the ability to handle confidential information; the ability to work evenings and weekends; and the ability to travel.

Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and HR experience.
