Electric car maker Tesla Inc. is seeking a regional human resources business partner for its Van Nuys, California, facility.
According to the job posting, Tesla advocates a corporate culture focused on “people, growth, excellence and results.” The position will cover the Los Angeles territory.
The job requires an out-of-the-box thinker who can support managers and other team members at all levels throughout the company. Someone who is deadline sensitive and understands the business cycle from drawing board to opening day is desired.
Other requirements include a college degree, at least three years of experience and a background in sales.
