Talent management analyst sought for contractor in Virginia

HITT Contracting, which provides commercial real estate construction services, is looking to hire a talent management analyst in Falls Church, Virginia.
The person in this full-time position will be responsible for providing financial modeling and data analysis for various internal company initiatives, updating company data models, developing data models around compensation and employee rewards, performing data visualization, providing routine and ad-hoc reporting, and conducting administrative duties related to the performance review system.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, math, human resource and/or organizational development or related field; high proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, problem-solving, math, financial modeling skills; and a solid work ethic.
Applicants should be able to handle large amounts of data, perform in a highly demanding work environment, work both independently and as a team player, and build and maintain relationships with team members and consultants.
While related work-experience is a plus, recent graduates may be considered.
