Duties of the position include building applicant sources, managing the reporting processes on recruiting activities, screening and interviewing potential employees, managing the applicant tracking system, and processing e-verify for new hires.
Prospective candidates must possess a high school diploma; at least three years of related experience; proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication skills; and the ability to work both independently and as a team member.
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and/or work experience, and knowledge of HRIS, Ultipro and general HR tools.
