Logistics and supply chain solutions provider Syncreon is looking to hire a benefits specialist in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

Duties of the position include administering employee benefit programs, advising employees on benefit information, ensuring employee deductions are accurate on payroll records, contacting vendors at insurance carriers, investigating problems, and ensuring benefits compliance with local, state and federal programs.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree or analytical course work in computer science, economics, finance and math; HR benefits administration experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong communication and interpersonal skills; and knowledge of company and departmental policies and procedures, and benefit offerings.
