Logistics and supply chain solutions provider Syncreon is looking to hire a human resource generalist in Reno, Nevada.
Duties of the position include providing guidance on HR-related matters, implementing HR policies and procedures, interviewing potential employees, administering employee benefits, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll, dealing with employee relations issues, tracking key organizational metrics, and preparing reports.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, labor relations, business or related field; at least three years of HR experience in a logistics, manufacturing or related field; proficiency in writing and editing reports and other materials; and knowledge of HR procedures and principles, as well as knowledge of HR-related state and federal laws and regulations.
