Sondex of Kentucky seeks benefits administrator

Heat exchange connectors manufacturer Sondex, based in Kentucky, is looking for an experienced human resources benefits administrator to add to its full-time team.
The position, located in Louisville, is open to those with
one to four years of experience in employee benefits and three years of
experience in human resources. It offers a salary of $40,000 a year. A degree
in the field is not required, but candidates possessing one are preferred.
The successful applicant will assist employees in
understanding their benefits, answering any questions and directing them to the
relevant database website. Candidates must be able to field PTO requests,
assist with the internal employee website, and possess PeopleSoft and data
entry skills.
