Dawn Koenninger, former vice president of finance at Sole Financial, has been named chief financial officer of the Portland, Oregon-based financial services company.
Sole said Koenninger will oversee the company’s risk management, regulatory compliance and long-term financial strategy as CFO.
“Dawn’s global perspective on how businesses operate, from startups to large corporations, combined with her Big 4 audit experience, and most of all, her unparalleled integrity, make her uniquely qualified to be Sole’s CFO,” Sole CEO Rick Holt said.
Koenninger has 26 years of accounting and finance experience, which includes a 14-year career at Sole.
She previously worked as controller for various automatic teller machine network companies and as senior auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
