The organization is encouraging experienced, positive and driven individuals to apply for the HR generalist position.
The new hire will be managing all aspects of the hiring process. They will also be collaborating with hiring managers and all other supporting members of the HR department. The HR generalist will ensure the smooth execution of daily tasks, including benefit administration, development activities and employee relations.
The ideal candidate will have three to five years of HR experience and have excellent organization skills. A bachelors degree and/or SHRM-CP/PHR certification preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
