Skin care and cosmetics developer Beautycounter has named Linda Simon its chief human resources officer.

Simon has more than two decades of HR experience. She previously served as Walmart’s HR executive vice president. She has also worked for AOL, AT&T, DIRECTV and Marriott.
“I know Linda will be instrumental in leading all aspects of HR management, including attracting top talent to our brand, and help us continue to create a work culture built on transparency, innovation, collaboration and respect,” Renfrew said.
