Siemens seeks senior-level HR generalist in Illinois

Siemens has a senior-level opening for a human resources generalist in Hoffman Estates, Illinois, that requires eight to 10 years of experience with a human resources certification like SPHR, GPHR or PHR strongly preferred.
The position is available in Siemens Healthineers Molecular Imaging organization, which encompasses employees serving sales and marketing, service, SCM CV and strategy functions. The human resources generalist would provide a full range of human resources services to the organization, guiding administration, communication and implementation of its human resources policies and programs.
The position also entails development or policies and strategies coordination of team management and staffing efforts. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring compliance, guiding investigations and recommending corrective actions in regards to federal and state employment law. The position requires travel approximately 25 percent of the time.
Applicants for the position must hold at least a bachelor’s degree in a related field. Those with international experience and experience in a medical device or IT related industry are preferred. The position requires strong prioritization, problem solving, analytical and self-direction skills.
