Health care technology supplier Siemens Healthineers is looking for a full-time human resources generalist in Issaquah, Washington.
Duties of the position include coordinating and facilitating staffing, leading the talent management process, guiding the implementation of HR policies and programs, developing and implementing employee relations strategies, facilitating change management initiatives, resolving employee relations issues, improving performance management, and providing a full range of HR support.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; at least eight years of HR experience; strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills; and the ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities.
Preferred qualifications include an advanced degree, international experience, and SPHR/GPHR/PHR certification.
