The Siegfried Group recently added Jen Kotik and Ryan Page to its national market leadership team as market associates.

Kotik and Page will help create long-term relationships with financial executives in the firm’s Cleveland and Detroit Markets, assist with the execution of the Firm’s recruiting and business development initiatives, and serve as leadership advisors. This will support Siegfried’s goal of helping people become better leaders.

“With my background in accounting and client relationship management, Siegfried was the perfect next step in my career,” Kotik said in a news release. “I was drawn to their unique culture that is devoted to professional and personal development for both its employees and valued clients.

Kotik was most recently an enterprise account director for PR Newswire. She graduated from John Carroll University and began her career as a senior auditor at EY. She was then an internal audit specialist at American Greetings. She holds an MBA in marketing from Cleveland State University.

“Being able to work alongside the distinguished professionals at Siegfried is an incredible opportunity,” Page said in the news release. “I look forward to gleaning wisdom and expertise, expanding my skillset, and being of service to others.”

Page has a bachelor of science in health care administration from the University of Michigan. He is joining the Detroit market after being the senior program manager and chief operations officer of Amplitude HR.
