The Siegfried Group, a financial services firm, has chosen Lauren Tirelli to serve as the professional resource director for its Philadelphia metro and New York metro markets.

Tirelli has been with the company since 2013 and has held the positions of professional resource and team leader. As a professional resource, she provided leadership advisory and assistance on accounting and finance projects for financial leaders in the New York metro market.

In her new role as professional resource director, she will help execute Siegfried’s human resources strategy, which includes a focus on leadership development and helping leaders improve their lives.

“Lauren brings natural leadership ability, poise and extreme work ethic to her everyday life,” Domenica Scarpulla, senior VP and regional market leader for Siegfried’s northeast region, said. “That’s what made her an obvious choice for this important role at our firm.”

Prior to joining Siegfried, Tirelli worked as an audit senior at consulting firm Deloitte.

“I feel incredibly energized to have a position on Siegfried’s Leadership team,” Tirelli said. “I’ll be working closely with our professional resources to develop their careers, inspire Siegfried’s values and to encourage them to embrace the vast amount of opportunities available at the firm.”
