Gatti & Associates and the Human Resource Leadership Forum (HRLF) have honored several New England human resources executives with the first Bob Gatti HR Leadership Excellence Awards.

Russ Campanello, iRobot executive vice president of human resources and corporate communications, was honored with this year’s Bob Gatti HR Leadership Excellence Award. Also honored during this year’s ceremony were Cisco Systems’ senior vice president of human resources and talent Jill Larsen and Harvard Pilgrim Health Care CHRO Cynthia Ring received Awards of Distinction.

“We’re delighted to bring public recognition to great HR leadership and honor Bob Gatti’s contributions. Russ is the perfect choice for this award,” Gatti & Associates President and CEO Alice Benson said in a press release.

Gatti & Associates, the largest HR-only executive search firm in the U.S. was founded by Bob Gatti, an HR leader in the Boston area and founding member of HRLF.

“Bob was a giant in the New England HR community who championed the strategic impact HR can have on driving organizational success and transformation,” Campanello said in a statement. “I am humbled to be nominated by my peers and recognized for this prestigious award, as an HR leader who shares Bob’s vision for HR and strives to help companies grow through building extraordinary cultures that attract talented workforces.”
