Multinational semiconductor company Advanced Micro Devices is looking for a human resources business partner in Austin, Texas.

The business partner will be responsible for driving pay-for-performance, human capital, and HR initiatives, analyzing HR metrics, leading the interpretation of engagement survey results, and advising on policy interpretation and employee relations issues.

Prospective candidates must possess strong communication, group facilitation and project management skills; the ability to work independently and as a team member; creativity and innovation when developing solutions; and knowledge of HR processes and programs including change management, organization development, performance management, recruitment, and workforce and succession planning.

Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and business/HR experience.
