Salient CRGT has promoted Claire Morse from director of human resources to vice president of people and culture.

Since joining Salient CRGT in 2015, Morse has provided company-wide oversight of HR service delivery, business partners, and administrators, including leading the company’s post-merger program integration. She entered this phase of her career after building on experience as an attorney and a consultant specializing in business law and fair employment practices.
“Claire is perfect for this role,” Ferrando said. “Her enthusiasm is contagious and I can’t wait to kick off new initiatives to strengthen the complexion of our great company.”
Based in Fairfax, Virginia, Salient CRGT provides agile software development, health, data analytics, mobility, cyber security and infrastructure solutions, all supported with full life cycle information technology services and training.
