Brad Pugh will be joining global leadership advisory board Russell Reynolds Associates as the firm’s consultant in the human resources officers practice.
Pugh will be based in Atlanta and focus on advising, recruiting and developing HR officers.
“We are excited to have a consultant with such a breadth of global human resources knowledge join the firm,” Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates’ U.S. Region, said in a press release. “Brad’s experience launching world-class development programs for Fortune 500 chief human resources officers will provide our clients with a wealth of insight into how to optimize their human capital leadership teams and their effectiveness.”
Prior to his work with Russell Reynolds Associate, Pugh worked at Gartner Group — formerly CEB — as a managing director and group leader. He has also held several senior executive positions throughout the U.S., assisting executives globally.
