Sheppard Pratt Health System has named Karen Robertson-Keck vice president of human resources.

“I am eager to meet with the many talented employees across Sheppard Pratt, and to partner with the leadership team to best serve staff needs and support the delivery of unparalleled clinical care,” Robertson-Keck said.

Robertson-Keck will implement recruitment, retention and management strategies. She previously led HR efforts at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center in Baltimore for more than a decade.

“Karen is an accomplished human resources executive with a proven track record of building high performing teams and elevating workplace culture in large and complex healthcare organizations,” Sheppard Pratt Health System President and CEO Harsh Trivedi said. “I am confident that Karen will help us to attract, retain, and develop the best talent as we make Sheppard Pratt the best place to work in the region.”
