Riskonnect issued the following announcement on July 31.

Riskonnect, the leader in integrated risk management solutions, announced Kevin Crow has joined the company as its chief human resources officer.

Crow brings more than 20 years of human resources leadership experience, most recently serving as senior vice president of global human resources at BravoSolution, a Chicago-based cloud procurement solutions company.

Crow has held multiple senior-level human resources roles within the technology and media industries and has an extensive background in talent management, employee engagement, employee coaching, recruitment and retention, law and policy and organizational development.

Crow’s hiring continues the 2018 expansion of Riskonnect’s leadership team, following the announcement of Jim Wetekamp as CEO in April and Andrea Brody as chief marketing officer in June. Crow will be instrumental in merging corporate culture and teams following Riskonnect’s recent announcement to acquire Marsh ClearSight.

This growth signifies a pivotal time for the company as it establishes itself as a leader in the integrated risk management sphere.

“As we continue to see unprecedented demand for integrated risk management solutions, Riskonnect recognized the need to energize our existing talent, while growing our team with the right mix of ideas to elevate our company and culture,” Wetekamp said. “Kevin has the experience and vision to continue to improve our workplace and prepare our teams to exceed our customers’ demands and expectations.”

Riskonnect has maintained its position as a leader in innovation, being named a Leader in The Forrester WaveTM: Governance, Risk, and Compliance Platforms, Q1, 2018 and a Visionary in the Gartner Magic Quadrant For Integrated Risk Management, 2018. In addition, the Atlanta Business Chronicle recognized Riskonnect as one of the fastest growing companies in Atlanta, citing its client base of more than 70 Fortune 1000 companies.
