Career transition services company’s RiseSmart’s Insight product – developed for corporate HR teams – has been named a Top HR Product of 2017 by Human Resource Executive.

“We’re honored that RiseSmart Insight has been recognized as a top HR product by a group as well-versed in HR solutions as Human Resource Executive,” RiseSmart founder, President and CEO Sanjay Sathe said. “Insight was created to fill a market void by giving HR professionals transparency into what is happening with transitioning employees.”

Human Resource Executive’s award honors products for their innovation and user-friendliness. Additionally, the award showcases products that add value to HR. RiseSmart’s product was chosen from a large HR product list and is also the only outplacement solution that provides transparency throughout the outplacement process. With RiseSmart Insight, HR professionals can track return on investment for their outplacement services.

“Human Resource Executive has been evaluating HR products and conducting this competition for 29 years,” David Shadovitz, editor of Human Resource Executive, said in a statement. “Our goal has always been to identify products and services that clearly offer value to the HR community while demonstrating innovation. We felt that RiseSmart Insight filled an unmet need for HR professionals to understand exactly what happens to their employees after a layoff, protect their employer brand, and prove [return on investment] on their outplacement investment.”
