Three California groups recently pronounced San Jose’s RiseSmart as a leader in workplace ambiance, HR and product innovation, commending its employee-centered culture and progressive career transition offerings and bestowing it five awards.

RiseSmart attained the recognition in the form of awards and certifications from Bay Area News Group, Great Places to Work Institute and Stevie’s American Business Awards within a two-month period of time in May and June.

Bay Area News Group, with offices in San Ramon, named the company a Top Workplace; while Great Places to Work, based in San Francisco and New York, awarded RiseSmart its Great Place to Work certification.

The nationwide Stevie’s American Business Awards proffered three honors: New Product of the Year in the Human Capital Management Solution category; People’s Choice of Favorite Human Capital Management Solution category; and HR Executive of the Year in the Diversified Services Industry category, awarded to RiseSmart CEO and founder Sanjay Sathé.

“We’re honored to be chosen by several leading corporations for our leadership in HR and company culture,” Sathé said. “And we’re proud of the recognition we’ve received for RiseSmart Insight, the first and only contemporary outplacement performance tracking and analysis tool available for HR professionals.”
