A search is underway for a human resources administrator for the Old Dominion University’s Research Foundation.
Based in Norfolk, Virginia, this position will oversee policies related to salaries and benefits. The HR administrator will create positive interactions with employees and assist with other activities on the human resources team, such as record keeping and data maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have critical thinking skills, be a people person, have a college degree and two or more years’ experience. Awareness of employee separation issues, such as health insurance continuation for former workers, working with third-party benefits providers and other duties are part of this position.
