Allison Redding, formerly of Paychex, recently joined Heffernan Insurance Brokers of Petaluma, California, where she will serve as assistant vice president in the benefits department and contribute to the company’s growing Northern California presence.
“We are very excited to have Allison join the Heffernan Petaluma team,” Liz Bishop, Heffernan’s managing senior vice president, said. “She is excited to be working closely with human resources directors and specialists to solve health care compliance issues.”
Redding boasts extensive sales experience and a strong record of surpassing sales goals. At Paychex, she was instrumental in expanding the company’s territories through exceptional client service. She also previously worked with Ricoh USA, where she served as a United Way ambassador and helped increase both donations and awareness in line with Heffernan’s commitment to community philanthropy.
At Heffernan, Redding will be part of the company’s efforts to expand their employee benefits services and will promote innovative client solutions to keep up with the changing industry.
