Air ambulance provider Air Evac Lifetime is looking for a training center records specialist to work at its O’Fallon, Missouri corporate headquarters.

Duties of the full-time position include tracking monies collected on behalf of the training center, assisting with travel and course logistics, preparing certifications of completion for course offerings, maintaining records, screening calls and taking messages, and performing clerical duties.

Prospective candidates must possess a high school diploma; two years experience in similar capacity; proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets and database applications; strong communication, organizational and decision-making skills; and the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
