Quinn becomes senior client partner for Korn Ferry

The Los Angeles-based Korn Ferry Hay Group recently welcomed Mark Quinn as its new senior client partner and head of its rewards and benefits solutions practice for the European, Middle Eastern and African regions.

Slated to operate in London, Quinn brings over three decades of HR consulting practice, with proficiency in reward strategy, governance, executive compensation, incentive, performance measurement and general management. He earned a bachelor’s in philosophy from the University of Hull in the United Kingdom and garnered a warm welcome from his new Korn Ferry colleagues.

“Mark is a sought-after advisor and brings a wealth of network and industry expertise. We are pleased to have him join the firm,” Bob Wesselkamper, Korn Ferry Hay Group’s global head of rewards and benefits solutions, said.

Previously, Quinn was at Mercer, Royal Bank of Scotland, EY, Sainsbury’s, the Rank Group, Hiscox and GSK in a variety of executive and HR positions.

“We will benefit significantly from Mark’s experience of working with many of the world’s largest companies as we continue to expand our EMEA Rewards & Benefits business to better serve our clients,” John Douglas, head of EMEA for Korn Ferry Hay Group, said.
