Purchasing Power wins pair of national NABR awards

The National Association of Business Resources (NABR)
recently awarded Purchasing Power LLC two national awards, citing the
company’s excellence in human resources practices and employee and worksite
health.
“As an employee benefit company, we recognize how
important it is to create an optimal environment where employees can be
inspired to contribute their best efforts to the success of the business,” Purchasing Power CEO Richard Carrano said. “Listening directly to our
employees, we strive to achieve an affirmative culture where everyone is
valued, both as team members and as individuals. We couldn’t be more pleased to
be recognized nationally for our efforts with these two notable
citations.”
Purchasing Power, an e-retailer that lets workers sign up
for voluntary payroll deduction benefits, won NABR’s Best and Brightest Company
to Work For in the Nation and National Best and Brightest in Wellness. The
wins were based on an independent evaluation of factors including compensation
and benefits, employee enrichment and engagement and wellness program
effectiveness.
