PredictiveHR, a company that delivers human capital data analytics, has hired David Pollard as CEO.

“David’s deep experience in HR technology and leading companies from start-up to industry prominence will play a pivotal role in our success,” Jamie Troiano, founding partner and chief operations officer, said in a statement.

PredictiveHR was formed in 2016 and uses a proprietary A.I. engine and strong expertise in HR issues to help organizations achieve success.

“The need for meaningful talent analytics has never been greater and the terrific team at PredictiveHR has done an extraordinary job positioning the company to assume a leadership role in this new and exciting industry,” Pollard said.

The company has earned a multitude of important clients early on, focusing on helping organizations take HR data and turn it into return on investment.

“We are partnering with PredictiveHR to optimize our HRIS and payroll process and systems,” Ed Terino, CEO of SeaChange International, said in a statement. β€œThe insights they’ve provided allow us to streamline our HR processes, improve labor productivity and save on software costs. We expect to realize the full return on investment within the first year.”
