Lombard, Illinois-based business management consultant Power Wellness is looking for a full-time human resources coordinator.
The person in this position will be in charge of day-to-day administration of programs and policies related to benefits, compensation, employee engagement, personnel research, recruiting, and training.
Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR management or related field, proficiency with Microsoft Office Software, and strong communication skills.
Preferred qualifications include at least one year experience in HR, benefits or compensation in a multi-state environment; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CEBS certification; and CPR/AED and First Aid certification.
