Global pharmaceutical ingredients company SPI Pharma Inc. is looking for a full-time human resources manager in Lewes, Delaware.

The manager will be responsible for ensuring the best qualified individuals fill vacant positions, leading the on-boarding process for new employees, handling employee relations and HR issues, helping improve HR practices and procedures, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Prospective candidates must possess a bachelor’s degree in HR, business or related field; at least seven years of progressive HR generalist experience; and strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills. Applicants should be also to work as a team player and prioritize assigned tasks.

A master’s degree is preferred.
