HR Happy Hour, a podcast hosted by Steve
Boese, recently featured PeopleStrategy CEO Randy Cooper as its guest, who
shared insights on the role of technology in HR solutions.

PeopleStrategy provides end-to-end
human capital management (HCM) through software-as-a-service technology. The
company allows mid-market employers to automate HR, payroll, benefits, time and
attendance and talent processes through its eHCM solution, which is
self-service, configurable and mobile accessible. Its clients can
access real time information about their workforce, as all employee data is
managed in a central location.

“It’s always fun to talk about what
you are passionate about,” Cooper said in a press release. “For me, that’s HR
technology. As a HR technology provider, it is imperative for us to stay on the
forefront of what employers and their employees need from their HR solution. I
was excited to have the opportunity to share what we’ve learned — and what we
believe is coming down the road — with Steve and his listeners.”

HR Happy Hour,
including the episode featuring Cooper, is available online at
www.blogtalkradio.com and through iTunes, Stitcher Radio and other major
podcast apps. The podcast’s format focuses on current HR technologies and their
inherent challenges and opportunities through discussions with industry leaders.
